Insulated Concrete Forms

Amvic™ Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are an innovative, stay-in-place 5-in-1 concrete forming system that combines structure, insulation, an air/vapor barrier, and finish attachment into a single solution. This cost-effective, durable, and eco-friendly construction system is transforming the industry, setting a new standard for building smarter and greener for a sustainable future.

Ampex: Insulated Radiant Floor Heating Panel

The combination of molding expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation, one of the highest performing energy efficient insulation materials available today, with a High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) film, makes for a strong and resilient Ampex panel. The panel combines rigid insulation, a vapor barrier and PEX tubing locking mechanism into a single solution that significantly reduces installation time. The innovative patented panel design ensures that the tubing is completely encased in concrete and not pushed to the bottom of the panel through the use of bridge connectors. The larger contact area between the tubing and the concrete allows for increased heat transfer reducing the response time of the system and helping achieve desired temperatures faster.

Graphite Polystyrene Insulation

High performing and cost effective non-structural graphite polystyrene (GPS) rigid insulation board for exterior wall applications on wood or steel frame construction. The expanded polystyrene (EPS) core is embedded with graphite particles which increase the thermal performance, compared to conventional EPS.

In addition to the increased thermal resistance, the foam is laminated with a reflective film on both sides increasing board strength and flexibility, reducing site damage and waste. The reflective laminated surfaces are micro perforated giving the panel high water vapor permeance greatly reducing the likelihood of trapped moisture through the increased drying potential. The larger panels and laminated film help improve job site efficiency and reduce labor costs.

High-Density SilveRboard: Reflective Insulation

SilveRboard is a rigid insulation board made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) covered with a layer of polypropylene reflective lamination on both sides. This highly effective combination of materials offers high compressive strength and great thermal performance when used in below grade and under slab applications.

The double-sided lamination dramatically increases board strength and flexibility, reducing site damage and waste. The availability of larger panels and laminated film help improve job site efficiency and reduce labor costs.

High Density (HD) Envirosheet

High Density (HD) Envirosheet is a high density economical foam board insulation made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) offering a high R-value per dollar. It is a highly durable and cost-effective product that is primarily designed to be used for below grade applications for residential or commercial construction. The closed-cell structure gives the board superior water resistive properties while the high density of the foam makes for an excellent alternative for projects where high compressive strength is required.

High Density (HD) Envirosheet comes in multiple densities and is available in a various sizes and thicknesses. The availability of larger panels helps improve job site efficiency and reduce labor cost. The high compressive strength makes it the ideal solution for majority of below grade applications such as foundation walls and below concrete slabs.
